  • Directly assist owners to identify flow through objectives and establish financial performance goals
  • Create and implement balanced scorecards working directly with front-line directors/managers
  • Profit and loss analysis; utilize company’s financial software to create and monitor monthly and quarterly goals and objectives
  • Labor budgeting and compensation management – company wide, business unit(s) and department specific
  • Identify metrics and key performance indicators linking to financial performance goals and objectives
  • Create and implement bonus and management incentive plans
  • Assist in implementing front line goals, rolling out directly to company management, measuring front line leaders’ performance
